Who we are

Snowdrop was born out of my passion for helping children in low-income families gain access to quality education. The journey started when I took part in the UNESCO CLUB YOUTH MULTIMEDIA COMPETITION in 2022. I worked on Sustainable development goal number 4, focusing on quality education in Nigeria, spending a lot of time with various schools, families, teachers and even children— one thing we all agreed on was that “funding is the biggest problem with regards to education in Nigeria”. Our goal at Snowdrop is to raise funds through as many channels as possible to support low-income families with fees, books, materials, access to technology and everyday essentials that bring happiness. Our vision is to see every Nigerian child; regardless of status or background, achieve quality education, especially at the elementary level as this is the foundation for a great future.
